Our Elders

Grace Community Church functions under the leadership of a council of elders/pastors who are equal in authority and specialized in function. The elder council currently consists of one vocational elder/pastor, Kevin Wilhoit, and two non-vocational elders/pastors, Mark _______ and Adonis Carrasquillo. Collectively, the elders oversee and share the pastoral work of the church.

AD Carrasquillo was born in Boston MA. His family moved to St. Cloud, Florida in 1996 where he would later graduate High School and leave to become a United States Marine. He returned to St. Cloud in 2002 to marry his high school sweetheart, Aolani. It was then that he professed Christ as His Lord and Savior. They married and now have five children: Ailanee, Adonis, Aaliya, Azrael, and Avlyn. Adonis, also known as AD, has been in the automotive and truck repair industry for over 15 years and is currently self-employed as a mechanic. AD is passionate about biblical manhood, leading the family, and unity within the church.

Kevin Wilhoit holds an undergraduate degree from Penn State University and a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary.  He is originally from western Pennsylvania, where he worked in construction, was a committed member of a local church, and was involved in lay ministry.  After concluding that God was calling him into full-time ministry, Kevin and his family moved to Florida in 2009 to attend seminary.

Kevin’s passion is to see the Kingdom of God expand among the people of Grace Community Church, the greater community of St. Cloud, and to the ends of the earth, by being a faithful under-shepherd of the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. He strives to connect the riches of Christ to our everyday lives through faithful preaching, teaching, and discipleship, in order to establish the hearts of God’s people in the grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ.

Kevin has been married to Brooke since 2000, and they have three children: Leah, Kaelin, and Nathan.
